1.1 Age Requirement

The cricks platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account with cricks, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. cricks reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified. Winnings accrued on accounts subsequently found to be held by underage users will be voided and forfeited.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

The cricks platform is designed and operated to serve players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the cricks platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. cricks does not make any representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in your specific location. If you are uncertain about the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

1.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered cricks account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether in the same name, under a different name, or via a shared device — is strictly prohibited. Where cricks identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled. Users who discover they have inadvertently created a duplicate account must contact cricks support immediately at [email protected].

1.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering a cricks account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other information required during the registration process. cricks may require you to provide documentary proof of identity at any stage of your account lifecycle. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

1.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cricks account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify cricks immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. cricks will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cricks accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based users: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of any specific payment method may change at any time. cricks will notify users of material changes to supported payment methods where reasonably practicable.

2.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the cricks platform is ৳200. cricks reserves the right to amend this minimum at any time, with notice provided via the platform or by email to the registered account address.

2.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the cricks account. cricks may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. You must have completed all applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus before withdrawing funds that include bonus-derived winnings. cricks reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests in excess of ৳50,000 per transaction. Standard withdrawal processing times for bKash and Nagad are within minutes for verified accounts and standard amounts, though cricks cannot guarantee processing times in all circumstances.

2.4 Currency

All transactions on the cricks platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). cricks does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any conversion of funds from foreign currencies prior to deposit is the sole responsibility of the user and may incur fees charged by third-party payment providers.

2.5 Anti-Money Laundering

cricks operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. All users may be required to provide proof of the source of funds deposited into their cricks account. cricks reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of AML checks. Any account found to be involved in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime will be immediately suspended, reported to relevant authorities, and all balances will be frozen pending investigation.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

cricks may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Where a conflict exists between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a cricks account are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion details. cricks will not honour withdrawal requests that include unwagered bonus funds. Where a user requests a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements, cricks reserves the right to deduct the full bonus amount and any winnings derived from it prior to processing the withdrawal.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the cricks bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated tools to generate bonus turnover, hedging bets across markets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotions — is strictly prohibited. cricks reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings, suspend the relevant account, and pursue recovery of any funds already withdrawn where bonus abuse is identified.

3.4 Promotional Eligibility

cricks reserves the right to restrict the eligibility of any user for any promotion, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Seasonal promotions (including those tied to Eid, BPL, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, and other calendar events) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time prior to their stated expiry.

4.1 Sportsbook Bets

All sports bets placed on the cricks platform are final once confirmed. cricks does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except in the specific circumstances outlined in the relevant sport's rules (for example, where an event is abandoned, postponed, or where a void market rule applies). Odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.

4.2 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis and subject to availability. cricks reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during live events. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and the stake returned. Delay in data feeds from third-party providers may occasionally affect in-play market availability; cricks is not liable for losses arising from such technical delays.

4.3 Casino Games and RNG

All casino games available on the cricks platform — including slots, live dealer games, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real cards and real dealing procedures conducted by human dealers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others) and are independently audited. cricks does not manipulate game outcomes.

4.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or obvious mistake in the setting of odds or game parameters, cricks reserves the right to void any affected bets or wagers. This includes situations where odds are posted at clearly incorrect levels due to human or system error. cricks will not honour payouts arising from manifest errors. Where funds have already been withdrawn in connection with a voided bet arising from an error, cricks reserves the right to recover those funds from the user's account balance.

4.5 Responsible Gaming Limits

Users may set deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods via their cricks account settings at any time. Once a restrictive limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be reduced for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day reflection period before taking effect. 5.1 Prohibited Conduct

By using the cricks platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other users or the house.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook results.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed via cricks.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or algorithms of any cricks game or platform component.
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or corruption.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening cricks staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Creating or operating a cricks account on behalf of any third party without that party's explicit written consent.

5.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where cricks determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in any prohibited conduct, cricks reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void all open and settled bets; withhold or forfeit account balances; recover funds already withdrawn; and report the user's activity to relevant authorities. cricks' determination of prohibited conduct is final.

6.1 Ownership

All content on the cricks platform — including but not limited to the cricks brand name, logo, visual design, software, game content, text, graphics, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of cricks or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any cricks intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any cricks content without our prior written consent.

6.2 Limited Licence

cricks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cricks platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, or cache any platform content beyond what is technically necessary for standard browser rendering.

7.1 Platform Availability

cricks does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond cricks' reasonable control may affect platform availability. cricks will not be liable for any loss of opportunity, revenue, or enjoyment arising from platform unavailability.

7.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the money you deposit and wager on the cricks platform. cricks is not liable for any gambling losses you incur. You are solely responsible for your own gambling decisions. cricks strongly encourages all users to set deposit limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings.

7.3 Third-Party Services

The cricks platform integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feed suppliers. cricks is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of any third-party service. Any dispute arising from a third-party service should be directed to that provider, though cricks will use reasonable efforts to assist users in resolving such disputes where it is within our power to do so.

7.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cricks' aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user to their cricks account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

By registering a cricks account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 8.2 Communications

9.1 Amendments to These Terms

9.3 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the international jurisdiction under which cricks operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and cricks shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits cricks' right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property or to recover funds obtained through fraud.

9.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
